Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. On average shipping takes 3-5 business days; however, once your package is accepted and shipped, shipping times are out of our control. Our packages are shipped using USPS or UPS from our location in Wisconsin. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, damaged, or stolen goods. 

Returns

Sonny + Co Pajamas is happy to accept returns for full refund within 14 days of delivery with tags still attached. All items must have tags attached to receive a full refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept washed and worn items. Thank you for understanding. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are accepted on any defective or damaged items upon arrival. If an exchange is needed and stock is still available please email info@sonnyandco.com.
