Refund policy

Shipping

Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. On average shipping takes 3-5 business days; however, once your package is accepted and shipped, shipping times are out of our control.

Size exchanges, made easy

Little ones grow fast, and the wrong size happens. Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Email info@sonnyandco.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll ship the new size free once your return is on its way.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept washed or worn items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email info@sonnyandco.com.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@sonnyandco.com.
