Refund policy

Shipping 

Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. On average shipping takes 3-5 business days; however, once your package is accepted and shipped, shipping times are out of our control.

Returns

Sonny + Co Pajamas is happy to accept returns for full refund within 14 days of delivery with tags still attached. All items must have tags attached to receive a full refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept washed and worn items. Thank you for understanding. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on any defective or damaged items upon arrival. If an exchange is needed and stock is still available please email info@sonnyandco.com. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
